How to Return

Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include any accessories that came with the product.

Drop Off

Drop your package at any Australia Post location. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.
